Japanese Vending Machines

kidsatvendingmachine I hate to admit it, but Japanese vending machines beats American machines hands down in one area: CREATIVITY!  From other fellow vendors, I have heard that American made machines perform much better than Japanese vending machines in actual use on the field.
The better performance of American vending machines really come to the forefront in:

  • Coin Mechanism performance
  • Coin Mechanism durability (how long they last)
  • Overall vending performance (jammed product or failures to vend)
  • Exterior durability (paint)
My comment about Japanese vending machines being better is that they seem to have so much more variety and really cool designs available.  How do you check out these machines?  Look on Youtube for videos on Japanese Vending Machines and post which ones you like.
